Positive: The rooms are big and the beds comfy, breakfast was ok.

Negative: The smell from the sewerage was awfull, the hotel is not mordernised.

Positive: Location is excellent, a few minutes to walk from Port area and right in the middle of city centre. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Bedroom/Bath very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Sadly the pool was not available as it was being refurbished.

Positive: Great wiew from the balcony. Big room and big tv.

Negative: The breakfast was not good. Very limited choises. I am celiaki and there were some dry sanwiches and no special toaster for gluten free toastong. I also got a hot baguette which was totally not atable. Firstly I couldnt slice it and when I did it with my hands then I disccovered that it was totally not ateable. The toilet was also problem with. And they advetise that they have ac but when I asked since it wasnt wirking then they havent turned it on because it was not right season. Slept very bad. The room was very dated. But the bathroom was new but it was really bad that the toilet didnt work so had to go t the toilet at the reception.

Summary: Bad experiance. Its totally not worth the money and is definately not a 4* hotel

Positive: Super location for visiting Ceuta. Parking on site for storing bikes. Very friendly and efficient check in. Large rooms. Nice breakfast with delicious freshly made churros.

Negative: Room was extremely hot - 28 degrees centigrade- felt like a sauna. As airco was switched off for winter there was no option to cool down. Kept the windows open all day and night and when leaving the room the temperature was still 23,5 degrees. Not ideal for good sleep. There were some mini-aunts in the room - so could be disinfected a bit better.

Summary: Too warm room in winter for good sleep

Positive: The location was perfect! I loved the room, balcony, nice bar and pool, friendly staff, and the breakfast.

Negative: The fact that the maids are cleaning rooms and in the hallways making noise. The tables and chairs screech which is annoying and the hotel should get pads for under the legs of the tables and chairs. Otherwise, all fine.

Summary: I’d stay there again! What a great helpful, friendly staff.
